Built for serious offshore pursuits, the redesigned Talavera Bluewater series delivers the strength and reliability anglers demand when targeting powerful pelagic species. Each rod is crafted on a durable, performance-focused blank and offered in a range of powers and actions suited for everything from light trolling to deep drop applications. Fuji guides provide a lightweight yet rugged platform capable of managing heavy lines, large baits, and the sustained pressure of offshore trolling. Shimano’s DIAFLASH technology reinforces the butt section with diagonally wrapped carbon tape, enhancing torsional rigidity and boosting pulling power when it matters most. The Talavera Bluewater lineup includes both slick butt and Unibutt configurations, along with two purpose-built deep drop models equipped with curved Unibutts.
Features
-
DIAFLASH: Reinforces the butt section with opposing wraps of carbon tape, minimizing twist and maximizing strength for precise casts, solid hooksets, and control over big fish
-
Fuji Guides: Reduce line friction and twist for smoother casts, better durability, and reliable performance under load
